Classical Residences over Shops

Running along the street, the building uses the language of a classical city block: moulded cornices, tall vertical windows and a dark shopfront base. At each end the upper floors step back to form planted terraces. Six shops open onto the street, while a landscaped courtyard with a pool sits behind. Each floor is planned around a mix of flat types.
